Architecte : Henriquez & Partners.Eugenia Place, at 1919 Beach Avenue, designed by Henriquez & Partners and winner of a Governor General's Award for Architecture. The 35-foot oak tree on top is reference to historical continuity, a tribute to the tall trees that once occupied the area.
